Refund policy

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, please see below:

For Damaged or Faulty items, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

For Change of mind, shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Condition

We are happy to exchange or refund items that you have received in a damaged or faulty condition within 30 days of purchase.

Please use the return request option or contact us promptly regarding any returns and we will advise of exact process of your return situation under guidelines listed below.

  • If your item is faulty or damaged we may ask for photographs and are happy to issue a replacement product, refund or a store credit for the product upon its return to us within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original undamaged packaging for refund equivalent to purchase price. If damaged, you may only be offered a partial refund.
  • Blondie & Blu will pay the cost of shipping back to us if products are damaged and we will do our best to offer a replacement but sometimes this is not possible due to stock levels.
  • No returns or refunds on sale items.
  • Please ensure that items are well packed and shipped with a tracking number to ensure a safe journey. Reasonable care of returning goods must be taken; failure to do so may result in refusal of return for refund or we may deduct up to 50% of the cost based on the condition of the goods. Product Returns that do not meet our Return criteria will be at the Buyers Disposal.

Not what you were expecting or no longer want an order? We can respect that.

You have 30 days for a refund if you have a change of heart. Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Please use the return request option or contact us to initiate a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

We reserve the right to cancel an order that we have accepted at any time for any reason.

Change of mind before order is posted

If you simply change your mind about a product after an order has been placed before it has shipped to you please note that this will be refunded to you after deducting the fees from the transaction such as Paypal, Afterpay or Shopify etc. These fees range from 2-6% depending on the payment method used at checkout.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
