Easy Cleaning Methods:

Cleaning your Coir Mats regularly is always recommended to keep your mat looking its best.

When dirt or debris builds up, give your doormat a gentle shake off or a decent tap on the backside of the mat.

You can also scrape off dirt and debris with a stiff brush or give your Coir Mat a gentle vacuum.

Please Note:

Try to keep your mat out of the rain wherever possible - Although Coir is naturally stain, rot and mildew resistant, like us, it doesn’t love to get its hair

Your beautiful new doormat will be made to order. Our standard embossed mat and traditionally painted mat lead time is 2-3 weeks. This may be slightly longer in busy periods. If you have a special occasion that you need your doormat delivered by a certain date, please let us know in the 'Order Notes' section of your cart and we’ll see what we can do.

Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping should take approximately 1-3 working days after the item has been sent (depending on where you live in Australia of course!). Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take a little longer. Please note that Door Mates is not responsible, nor in control of shipment delays once the item is in the hands of the courier.
