Our quality jute mats are beautifully handmade, which means no two jute mats are identical. Colour and size can vary, slight imperfections such as pulls are possible and not seen as faulty. Jute mats are best to be kept out of direct sunlight as the colour can fade.

Your beautiful new doormat will be made to order. Our standard embossed mat and traditionally painted mat lead time is 2-3 weeks. This may be slightly longer in busy periods. If you have a special occasion that you need your doormat delivered by a certain date, please let us know in the 'Order Notes' section of your cart and we’ll see what we can do.

Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping should take approximately 1-3 working days after the item has been sent (depending on where you live in Australia of course!). Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take a little longer. Please note that Door Mates is not responsible, nor in control of shipment delays once the item is in the hands of the courier.
